Can't install arial font

Hi Linda,

In Windows 7 operating system Arial font is installed by default. However, you may try to access Word Pad built in Windows 7 and check if you can select Arial font and use it.

You may also navigate to Control Panel > Fonts and check if Arial font is available in the fonts folder.

You may also try to restore the default font’s settings on the computer and check if it helps. To restore default font settings, follow the steps below:

1.    Open Fonts by clicking theStart button, clickingControl Panel, clickingAppearance and Personalization, and then clickingFonts.

2.    In the left pane, clickFont settings.

3.    ClickRestore default font settings.

If the issue persists, let us know on which particular program you are unable to get the Arial font.
