winload.exe error 0xc000035a when trying to install 7 enterprise

I have the following error when trying to install windows 7 enterprise edition
winload.exe error 0xc000035a:
Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however the CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode.

I have an AMD ATHLON XP.. Thoroughbred 2 GHZ and 1.5G RAM
I thought that windows 7 doesnt need to be installed in 64-bit mode and this processor was sufficient?
The winload seems to be in a 32-bit directory?
I cant run the compatibility app because I have windows 2000.

Any help is appreciated
Answer
Answer
How can I check which version DVD I have....I was sure I have the 32-bit version, it says on the cd 32-bit and 64-bit
Thanks again
Could never be 32 and 64 bit, Windows 7 32 bit is 2 over GBs, Windows 7 64 bit is over 3 GBs, there is no DVD optical media big enough to hold both.

Question, is this volume license media? If so, contact your Administrator from whom you obtain the disk about obtaining the appropriate architecture for your processor.
