Setup wifi connection to network without internet access

I have set up a local network without internet access for home automation purposes. I an connect to the network thourgh the wireless router exept with my windows 7 notebok. The connection is reported as limmited connectivity as there is not internet access. Well there will never be internet access. But I can connect to all the local devices. So far so good. After aprox 30 seconds windows 7 drops the wifi connection automatically. How can I prevent windows 7 from disconnecting?

Hi,

Method 1: Run network troubleshooters and check if that helps.

‘Using the Network troubleshooter in Windows 7’

Method 2: Update the network card drivers and check if the issue persists. Refer the following link to update the drivers for the network card.

‘Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly’

Method 3: If the issue persists then, follow the step provided in the following article and check if that helps.
