I still press the button to sync it, and then I press the sync button on my controller, my controller recognizes the receiver and connects to it (both devices stop trying to sync) but as the receiver is not recognized by my computer, it is not communicating
that a controller is connected.
This is frustrating because there is no documentation for honest support. Going to the support page it lists several things "Windows, Hardware, Audio" etc, but under NONE of these categories is this product, leading me to believe Microsoft simply doesn't
give a ____ about me or my problem. Then when I go to support and try and type in my PID (product identification number) it says there is a problem with the number.
