Thanks for the previous help, I actually forgot to mention my previous problem was solved by doing clean installation of my Windows. Happen to be it was bad sector something. So I been using my current PC for quite some times without facing any problems. Until just now.
I was starting up my PC as usual to check my emails and copying documents to my flash drive and while I got it up, loading screen, user screen load up, and waiting for my PC to actually finish loading all application so I can continue using the PC without delaying (a bit troublesome to me because too much application during system startup) but here, beyond ordinary suddenly my PC producing graphic artifacts that resemble like a GPU overheating and then the artifacts gone. Right after that, BSOD appear with this error :
IRQL GT ZERO AT SYSTEM SERVICE
I'm not sure what went wrong so I just power reset my PC and collect my .dmp file through safe mode and here I am, posting the problem to the site. Any idea what went wrong ? Below here is my crash dump file and I provided DxDiag info just in case.
