Windows 10, version 1903 cant upgrade i get the error code 0x80240034

Hi, im having troubles for upgrade to the 1903 version, actually im using Windows 10 enterprise LTSC 1809 but i can not upgrade to 1903 , im getting the error code:  0x80240034

Follow these steps:
Right click on Windows Start > Windows Powershell (Admin)

Type following (or copy and paste following) one by one and Enter

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

If this does not work, you can try to update manually

Thanks for the fast response, i did run the command you suggest but nothing change, it gets to 100% preparing the instalation

but suddenly the instalation stops and show this:

I recommend updating Windows manually, but first, you should do a backup of your files and photos.
