Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you to rebuild the BCD (Boot Configuration Data) from Command prompt and check if that helps.

We need to have Windows 10 installation media or create an installation media.

You can create an installation DVD by following the article below:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once you have the disc, follow the steps mentioned below and try to rebuild the boot configuration Data (BCD).

Note: If the computer is newly purchased, then it would be best to get in touch with the computer manufacturer to get this fixed. (If it's within the warranty period).

1. Insert the Windows 10 installation media and boot the computer using the disc.

Note: You need to check the computer manual on how to set CD/DVD drive as the first boot device in the BIOS.

2. Once you boot using the Windows installation disc, on the Windows 10 installation window, click on Repair your computer.

3. Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options. Select Command Prompt. Enter the following four commands into the prompt.

                   bootrec /fixmbr
                   bootrec /fixboot
                   bootrec /scanos
                   bootrec /rebuildbcd

4. After the completion of the commands, restart the computer and check the status.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.
