Active window tracking in Windows 10

I recently got a new laptop and installed Windows 10, I previously had Vista.

Is there a setting for active window tracking (where hovering the pointer over an inactive window makes it the active one) in Windows 10, and where do I find it. Or do I have to install a third party app?

Please follow the below setting:

Open Control Panel - Mouse - look for Settings for Hover or Auto Click or similar depending on your mouse.

There was no option in the mouse settings, but I did a web search for "hover click Windows 10", and found this in the Microsoft support site:

I found the setting here:

Control Panel > Ease of Access > Change how your mouse works > Make it easier to manage windows (section) > Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse
