Hi
I've just had the same problem with the same model laptop, however the "Launch CSM" option is disabled. In fact, all options in the "Boot" menu are not available. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi I'm able to continue up until step 4. I repeatedly tap F9 button but says: "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key"
So, it's not allowing me to enter the Windows Recovery Menu
What should I do next?
Waiting for a reply.
Thanks
