Windows.Old(1) Unable to be removed because of remnant file

Preface: This is a minor cosmetic issue

So at some point (it has been a while) getting to 8.1, I was left with Windows.Old and Windows.Old(1). I was able to use the normal method to remove .Old and almost everything in .Old(1).

... except for one "folder" in .Old(1) that I can't delete in any way

C:\Windows.old(1)\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-1795066213-1724848899-1862272503-1001\$RW9YVON\Various artists\Scott Pilgrim Vs_ The World (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) [+Digital

As you can see, it is stuck in the Recycle Bin from that previous install. When I try to delete it at any folder level, I get

Could not find this item

This file is no longer located in C:\Windows.Old(1)

.Old(1) is from 2012, it has just been sitting there unable to be removed. Is there any experience with this?
