We have seen some recent not helpful voting on the existing answer for this thread.

A missing mouse cursor may be caused by several things. In addition to the excellent suggestions already provided by Angel, here are some other things you can try.

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse if it is a USB device

  • Try removing and re-pairing the mouse if it is a wireless device

  • Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port

  • Try running the Hardware Troubleshooter if you have a wired mouse or the Bluetooth Troubleshooter if you have a wireless mouse. See Use a fix-it tool with Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

If these additional steps do not resolve your issue, consider creating a new Community thread for more help with your specific scenario.
