I have a personal edition of Office 365. Once I get logged in, it's fine. But logging in every time is a chore, as in it takes 15 minutes.
Most Office365 login portals are for school or work it seems, and logging in there gives a "his doesn't look like a valid user ID. Make sure you typed the user ID assigned to you by your organization. It usually looks like *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***."
And the online help for this solution says "To resolve this issue, make sure that the on-premises UPN suffix is a verified domain, and then either wait until the next time that directory synchronization runs or force directory synchronization. "
Extremely helpful. WTH does UPN suffix mean and why should I care when just trying to log in?
Sooooo....where do I go to log in to my office 365 account if I'm a personal user? And why doesn't the organizational login that says it's never heard of an Outlook.com user email have a helpful link that says "If you have a personal Office365 account, please go here...
