\Outlook Files\Outlook.pst cannot be found

my 2010 outlook wont open im getting this:

Outlook.pst cannot be found i have tried repair reinstall and nothing how can i fix this?

this is driving me crazy there are no files at all nothing! how can that be? man outlook has allot bugs in still. I have spent hours imputing data in it all my contacts, hundreds of them and its all gone wow, is it still there? I have tried re-installing it and the repair and that has not worked. i have searched this problem here and i have not found any solutions that fit this problem, i cant create a new mail file thing as i cant even open outlook at all. if anyone can help with this i would greatly appreciate it.

in case that i have been (accidentally) deleted my "Outlook.pst" (Outlook data file), and i cant open the Microsoft Outlook application, because it's always showing "Outlook.pst cannot be found". I wanna rebuild my file at the begining, how can i recreate this "Outlook.pst" file?
