After disabling zatray and rolling back to previous build cannot install 14257

hello,

After upgrading to build 14257, shortly after logging in the system steadily crashes in win32kfull.sys (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION),

After recovering the previous 14251 build via winRE (I had to reboot manually since the "reboot" phase dured ages) all is ok again.

I have a dump available if that helps. Windbg reports ZA as the culprit. Could that be an upward compatibility problem ?

Now, after disabling ZA, I cannot find the 14257 build again. Is that expected ?

Best regards,

- gg

Hi gg

When you roll back to a previous Preview Build this action automatically sets a flag that will prevent upgrading to the current version again. The only way you can upgrade back to 14257 is to wait until 14257is released to the Slow Ring and then upgrade using the slow ring ISO or to wait until the next Preview Build is released.

We should see another new build by the end of next week.
