Surface Book 2 Burn-In/Ghosting

I recently bought a Surface Book 2 and noticed that some images that have been on screen for a while sort of stay there when I go to different apps, though it seems to only really appear on darker apps such as photoshop or spotify. Any ideas?

Hi Daniel,

It would be best if you could send us a screenshot of the actual issue. You may reply to this thread and attach a screenshot or a photo of the problem you're experiencing.

As an initial troubleshooting, you may try the two-button shutdown. Here's how:

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds and then release it.
Step 2: Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release both. The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least 15 seconds.
Step 3: After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
Step 4: Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on. You should see the Surface logo.

In addition, please make sure to install all Surface and Windows updates and update your display driver.

Feel free to reply to this thread in case you need more help.
