whebn i try to dl any demos it wont move past 0% why is that and how do i fix it?

why are my active downloads STILL at 0%???????

well its probably your internet what u can do is push the power and it should still be downloading it also would be a little faster

i was looking this up as i was downloading mx vs atv reflex which has been stuck at 0% for about 15 minutes but the second the post opened it hit 1% :3
