Ranks.

Does BF3 have a "prestige" or do you reach a "max" level and stay there? I havent play BFs enough to reach a max rank before, but I did hit like 29 or so in the beta. What is the max rank, 50? Thanks for all input. Ill state that I did observe some wild emblems during the beta that "appeared" as prestige ranks, but I dunno for sure.

no prestige in BF. not sure what the cap is, but there's still plenty to do after you reach max rank.

No prestige in BF Franchise.  Us veterans are not single minded on rank.  We like other things also!

I dont know the max rank either, but during the beta I saw some people with a weird emblem (like an eagle or something), but they were rank 4, which should of been the private rank (mosquito wings or one/two chevrons), so I figured it was a "prestige" or whatever.

From what my buddy said you reack rank 45 over and over again.each time you reach 45 you get a diff,kind of star that shows on your rank.thats about all i have and never play the game to just lev,up real fast.play the game with your buds and have fun.and before you no it you rank up fater then you thank.......later

I think after lvl 50 you keep on going 50 more levels or something.

Max rank is general, which is level 100.

Everything is golden with shield and crossed rifles.

(I saw a screenshot so not positive but pretty damn sure..)
