Purchased content no longer on Marketplace

Awhile ago I purchased Baja: Edge of Control on the XBL Game Marketplace and I had since deleted since I didn't have much space on my HDD and figured I could re-download it at a later time. Well I've bought a slim with a 250gig HDD so today I felt like playing it so I went to download it but could not find it in the Game Marketplace.

So am I left with no being able to download a game I payed for? Or will it ever be put back up?

as long as you downloaded it should still be in your download history even if it was removed from the marketplace and you will not have to pay for it again, good luck.
