I was charged €6.99 for Netflix that I set up through xbox and with the Paypal account linked to my xbox live account. Today I was charged by Netflix and Microsoft Luxembourg S.à.r.l. I did not authorize the payment to Microsoft Luxembourg S.à.r.l.
What should I do?

Accessing Netflix through Xbox LIVE requires an Xbox LIVE gold subscription.
This is billed separately from your Netflix subscription.
You can log in to billing.microsoft.com to view specific details about the transaction, but I suspect the fee from MS is for your Gold subscription.

purchasing any promotions on xbox live will activate a subscription of xbox
xbox gold is required for netflix
