I live in the UK and have the Fallout 3 GOTY Edition, I was wondering, if I sent it to a friend in the United States, would it play on her Xbox 360?

Are you ABSOLUTELY sure? Because on the back in small it says "For use only with XBOX 360(R) entertainment systems with "PAL" designation." and I don't want to send it out to find it doesn't work on her NTSC console.

Yes. It says that on the back of every 360 game, just swap NTSC in those regions that use it.
If you are so worried about this, why not just send her the money to buy the game in the States?

Alright sweet, thanks, I just wanted to make completely sure before I sent it out so it wasn't a waste of money and time. And really don't have the money to buy it again...
