DLC Doesn't appear as if it has been bought before

When trying to play Fallout 3 i clicked my save and it said content is missing (things from DLC) i went to the downloads menu in the game and everything was gone except The Pitt, ( I have bought all DLC for the game) I looked on my hard drive and they were all there. I went to my download history and the only thing for fallout 3 was The Pitt, I went to the market place and went to the DLC it said i was missing and it says i have to buy it, it does not say download again, except for The Pitt which does.

Is there anyway i can get my DLC back without re-buying the DLC?

Please help! I want to play Fallout 3!

Yeah, The only thing there was The Pitt (I said this already)

I'm curious--if you visit https://billing.microsoft.com, do you see the purchases for that DLC listed?

So i went on MY Xbox (i was trying on a diff xbox) and it said it was there, GREAT but i dont see why its a problem for me to do it on a different xbox as long as its on the hard drive.

You neglected to mention you were trying to play on a different console fom the one you purchased it on. When you tried to use it on this other console were you connected to LIVE?.
