Bought game can't play?

Hi, recently I bought Halo; Combat Evolved, and I couldn't pay it. He says try downloading it again.

Even after several attempt of downloading it again it still doesn't work, still I paid 1200 Microsoft Points on it..

Anyone's got an idea of how to run the game or get the points back ?

What kind of hard drive are you using? If it's not an official MS hard drive, the game won't work.

Aah that might be the problem, is their anyway to redeem the 1200 creds?

No. It's stated on the marketplace when you purchase anything that there are no refunds.
