hi ive had my xbox a while now just over 3 year and just recently i have had connection problems when i go to test my xbox live connection it says network to internet failed i have took all the xbox live steps if someone has had the same problem most recently

I have been having problems after the new update it kicks me off live every 15 to 20 minutes in certain games so guess what its not my router xbox, and its not my internet connection so quit telling people that all over these forums. I have three other friends who are having same issue. It does not do it on my ps3. And like i said its not all games i played reach for 3 hours straight did not get kicked off one time , when i put in bfbc 2 it kicks me off. I talked to a xbox tech person and we spent 3 hours trying to find whats wrong but they wont find it because THEY ARE NOT LOOKING AT THERE PROBLEMS ON THERE END.......
