When you connect to Xbox LIVE, does it pop up a message saying "Your account has been suspended until you update your payment options."? If so, here's how to fix it from your console. Go to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options. Add a new credit
card that can handle whatever overdue balance you have accrued. Then return to Account Management, and under Your Memberships, select "Xbox LIVE Gold". Then choose "Change Payment Options." Select the new credit card you just entered. This should charge
the overdue balance, and lift the suspension status. At this point you may, if you want, return to Manage Payment Options and remove the old credit card.

The "glitch" you encountered on Xbox.com is common for accounts that are in a billing suspension. I'm not sure why it does that, but your account isn't broken, and you've done nothing wrong. Just need to clear up the balance, and everything will be right
