Problem using PayPal as a payment option.

Hi, I was using paypal as a payment option until today when something happen and I can't acess it. The first thing I did was remove PayPal option and try to add again. But when I press "Pay with PayPal" apears the following mensage:

Unable to complete your request

We cannot complete your request now, please try again later.

Message 40001"

What can I do to solve this problem and use Paypal as a payment's method?

I tried on both. Last week I use Paypal to buy a game. And Sunday, I tried to buy microsoft point but something went wrong. So I remove Paypal as a payment option and tried to sign it again, but I got that error message.

It apears at xbox.com

I can't sign paypal from the console, it says that I have to sign in at www.xbox.com/paypal.

Yep, same here. I tried to sign up for a Family account using Paypal and all I get is an Oh oh, that shouldn't have happened message. Deleted paypal details and re-added and still doesn't work. Can't ring support because they don't do paypal.
