My awkward problem with email account

It's been bugging me for a while now and was wondering if it was possible but can you actually get an xbox live account deleted so that my email is free from it. I made another account but could not use my original address so now my account is muddled up with my brothers email which is a bother so what I'm asking is can I delete my previous profile and then delete the email from my current one and replace it with my email address, any educated answers will win a free cookie.

No, you can not delete gamertags from the service. What you can do is change the email address on the account, so the original email becomes available to you http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-live/how-to/xbox-live-account-management/manage-live-id.aspx
