ok so i turn my xbox like i do everyday but today somehow my account has been corrupted. why is this and can anyone help i cannot even get onto my account. and had to use another.

Only happens if the account has be removed off the consol and put through a third party software to change your profile such as cheating (modding achievment)

Go to System Settings and delete your profile from the console (PROFILE ONLY!), then recover it back onto the console. Be aware you will need to know the associated e-mail address and password for the account to perform the recovery.
That should fix things and you'll be back to gaming in no time.
