LOCKED - Xbox profil was banned, with alot of new bought microsoft points (friend had same problem) Please help =(

hello people.
my old profile was banned several microsoft points because I have done advertising for a hacker. my friend had the same problem and his microsoft points were transferred to his new profile. I want my microsoft points which I have bought a few days before have again. Please check if the profile has microsoft points and transfer them here to this profile. banned gamertag: JuZzeR1994 new: JuZzeR1994 x

I'm not sure how your friend had his points transferred, but when your account is banned you forfeit anything you had on the account.

but he did the exacly same thing i did he called xbox ( germany because we are german) and they gave u this link here where we should make this new theard. and he got it back . Please it like 4000 msp please check it, im not lieing and he got them back on the way im trying it now.

Calling support is your only option, but as smwutches said nothing is transferable between accounts and everything is forfeited when you are perma banned.

Post on this forum forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx for an official response, but if you read that forum they make it very clear that when you are banned you lose everything.  That is the punishment for breaking the COC.
