I understand but did you read the page? The enforcement team heavily investigates these issues just so they don't make mistakes. If you received a ban than that means there was substantial proof that justified a console ban. If the console was purchased used, it could be something the previous owner did. If your xbox was repaired by a third-party then that counts as a MOD and can possibly get you banned. Hope this info helps.

There a numerous reasons for getting a console ban, not just for modding your console or playing pirated games on it. If there have been excessive violations of the XBL Terms of Service and/or Code of Conduct on your account/console then action could be taken against one or both to permanently prevent them from accessing XBL.

You need to check the e-mail address  associated with your XBL account as when any enforcement action is taken against a subscriber there is an e-mail informing them of why sent to them. If your contact information is not up to date I would suggest you update it.
