i only had my xbox for 1 month now an when i turn it on this morning it took forever to start up and then it gave me a blank screen . then i restart it and it ask me to sign in then it waz just stuck on that page . what to do?

I can't sign into my profile on my xbox 360

Can you get to the dashboard at all? If so try deleting and recovering your profile support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete.

If you can't do it on your console is it possible to put your storage device onto another console and delete the profile there?

just to add to VoteDC's post if you are not able to get to the dashboard try the steps in the link below.
If you are able to get to the dashboard I would suggest checking to see if your profile is currupt. If it is currupt delete it ( Make sure to delete profile only) Then download the profile again. If it is not currupt there is no reason to delete it you can just try to download it again and see if that resolves your issue.
