I am sick of it Microsoft.

 I have been with you since the original Xbox, and I had that same console for years. Now I go onto the 360, and I bought one within the first month of release, and I am on my fifth damn Xbox. This is a joke. I have had to pay for three of my Xboxs (That comes out to over $900) the other two were free because of warranty after "repairs". I have had 2 red rings and 2 disc drives that *** out and stopped reading discs. I know have a fifth one coming it and it will be my last. I always treat my Xbox with care, I always make sure it is dusted, I never leave it on, and it always gets to cool off. I install all my games to the hard drive so the disc drive isn't constantly in use, and the BRAND NEW XBOX 360 S still did not even last a year. PlayStation may have lost their PSN for a month, but at least their console actually lasts for more than a year. Your entire company is a joke. I am sick of waiting 3 weeks to get a replacement xbox, or being forced to go buy a new one because it happened to die on me just after the warranty ran out. Get your act together.
