i am having trouble doing the new update i have done everything that was on the surport website dont work so can you contact me cant go on live and

i have a another problem i cant recover my gamertag becuse i am using the same email as my friend so if my xbox gets cleared i wont be able to go on my xxi ellit3 ixx

account

so will i be able to ring xbox surport or somthing

it loads nothing happends just sais downloading  it loads for five miniutes

the other thing is my router steel can cornect with all laptops and ipod , It sais the router is on three bars when i test cornection

it sais

cant download the update To test your cornection, open system settings and select network settings Test xbox live conection

If this persists go to www.xbox.com/support

well first thing you could try is connecting the router directly to ur xbox then we can rule out that its not ur connection.. if u cant move ur xbox that close, if ur willing you can allways go and purchase a eithernet cable thats up to 20ft long. if that dosent work let us know.
