Download History issue

I apologize if this has been posted before, but there is no search function that I know of in the Xbox forums. My issue is that I can't access my download history. I can bring up the list, but when I click on a say an avatar item, or a game add-on, an error message appears. If it helps at all, here is the error #; 800700E8

Click on the ones you want to download and they should be added to your Q list - Note you can only add I think 15 or 30 before you Q becomes full.

Also there were no errors when I just did it.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, it still gives me an error message when I try to access my download history from my console, but I'll try it from the website.
