On Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 I had got into some kind of lobby on mistake and im on 11th prestige and i dont really know what to do and just dont want to be labeled as a cheater and get banned.

Cocerned about cheating

Unfortunately Call of Duty is filled with cheaters, which is why many people are abandoning that game. If you want to keep playing it, and you do find yourself in a modded lobby. Just sign out of Xbox Live (or turn off your console) then sign back in.

Like mentioned, try turning off your Xbox, but if that doesn't work, Infinity Ward will NOT give back your stats.
Otherwise, if somebody files a complaint on you or the XBLPET find infections in your Xbox, then your out of luck.
