Cannot install or anything else below 157GB of free space

Hello guys please i need help. I have Xbox 360 S 4GB version. Inside 250GB HDD. When i install games on HDD its ok. But when i reach 157GB free on Hard drive xbox crash. I cannot instal, save game or anything else to my hdd. But if I unnistal one of the games, then i can play and instal one more game but not below 157GB. I bought 2 new HDD same problem on both. Please help me. Is this a console error ?

Where did you buy your hard drives from? If you bought them from eBay, you've been had.

No from classis shop...no ebay. Its 100% HDD ?? Because i dont think that console just say: aa 167gb free space lets crash... :(

Are they the official MS brand 250Gb hard drives or are they a third party hard drive?

Official. Because i dont think that this problem is console. I need to try one more. I suppose that u think same : reason is HDD
