Assinatura live GOLD sumiu.

Olá a todos, entrei aqui no forum porque ontem me deparei com um problema na minha assinatura xbox live GOLD, e o problema foi o seguinte: minha assinatura GOLD simplesmente desapareceu eu perdi acesso ao conteudo GOLD so que tem um porem minha assinatura, de 12 meses, iria acabar somente em agosto de 2014 mas ontem 03 de abril de 2014 simplesmente sumiu como se eu nunca tivesse feito essa assinatura.

Bom acho q o problema esta explicado, paguei por um serviço de 12 meses e recebi em turno de 8 meses eu gostaria de ajuda para resolver esse problema, que se não for resolvido nos vemos aqui uma quebra de contrato pelo lado da Microsoft.

Na verdade isso vem acontecendo com muita gente, alguns usuários estão aparecendo com dupla regionalidade, isso faz com que o contrato da live gold seja cancelado, mas isso pode ser revertido entrando em contato com o suporte e notificar o que aconteceu, eles irão investigar o seu caso e resolver o problema. Aconteceu a mesma coisa hoje com a minha conta... por volta de 12:30 joguei normalmente na live... agora a noite sumiu minha gold e virou a normal, sem acesso nenhum.

meu problema foi resolvido apos entrar em contato com a assitencia técnica pelo proprio site da xbox você pode pode usar oção de "fale conosco" assim você pode agendar para receber uma ligação do suporte microsoft e eles irão verificar e corrigir seu problema durante a ligação, Pelomenos foi assim comigo.

Hi all right 'm Bruno , I bought the live gold one year , used it for a month now and my signature went back to signing free and I lost the gold , spent 119.00 reals and I ran out of the account that there was happened with my account? I spent money for nothing ? or can I still get my signature ?. Please explain me ? Watching live in Brazil .
