Apps Not Appearing for Downloading

Hi, i'm new to XBOX Live, but i've had my XBOX360 for a couple of years now.  I'm from Australia and i noticed that i had a bunch of apps related to Australian TV networks (iview ABC, tenplay & sbs on demand).  Now, since then i created an XBOX Live account online that i linked to my Microsoft Account and had to download that profile to the XBOX.


When i select the proper profile that has my xbox live account linked to it, those particular apps i mentioned above are no longer available in the APPS list for downloading.  my assumption at present is regional setting HOWEVER what i've checked so far appears to say Australia - so thus, i am confused & seeking assistance for someone to point me in the right to solve this issue.

Hello,

I'm in Oz too and have used those apps.  It would be best for us to check your regional settings - as these are country specific apps.

On 360 - on the SETTINGS page select PROFILE > SETTINGS > EDIT PROFILE > LOCATION.  Ensure this is set to Australia.

Online - when you log in & go to MY ACCOUNT is Australia in the bottom left hand corner of the screen?  If it doesn't take you directly to Australia as default then your profile may be in the wrong region.  If it is a different region click on it and select Australia.  

If you think it is set wrong when you originally set the account up you can migrate the account to Australia - support.xbox.com/.../change-region
