Account Suspension

I logged on this morning and noticed my account was suspended because payment issues. I use a debit card to pay for my Xbox membership and I do understand why I am suspended, because there WAS no money in my account. I have recently put some money into my account to be able to continue a membership, but I'm confused.

 

I sign in to my suspended account, and my account shows my profile still being gold but not being able to access online services such as multiplayer games. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I have money in my account, does Xbox just continue to take from it as of now knowing I have money? Or do I buy a membership online?

when i was getting online this guy fatik starZ guy was in my account when i got on i new who was on my account because he sent me a thearting letter to me and said swear words  to me and also said  im hacking your account

DanHTFC - go to billing.microsoft.com, check if you owe anything and pay that off then you'll be fine

xxzombies923 - First up you can't call people out on the forums as they're not in a position to defend themselves and you could be making this up for all we know. Secondly he's talking rubbish, unless you gave him your log in details he can't take control of your account no matter what he tries. File a complaint, set him to avoid, block communications then watch account suspensions for his inevitable appearance.
