3.5mm wireless/Bluetooth adapter for Xbox One Elite controller?

the new controller will have a 3.5mm headset jack. Is there a 3.5mm device that'll turn the input into a wireless or Bluetooth capable audio output? My plans would be to plug the adapter into the audio out, then sync my Bluetooth headset to the adapter to finally have a tiny, mono speaker wireless headset option- for chat only. Is this possible?

There's been nothing officially announced, but as long as you have an independently powered Bluetooth adapter any one should work. Something similar to these devices:

I'd prefer to stay wired until an official Microsoft wireless adapter is announced, or a trusted headset manufacturer like Turtle Beach or Astro releases one, just because most generic Bluetooth adapters like the ones I linked will be bulky and might get in the way or may not have the audio quality you're looking for.

Hope this helps!

Xbox one has been a real drag compared to the 360.  Shortly after launch - not 2 years like now- the 360 came out with a simple $50-60 mono speaker wireless headset.  How do you design a console in 2012/2013 and not include a truer mono wireless headset?  I was hoping for an announcement at E3 for a 4K Xbox One or at the least a wireless headset but nothing!  Who likes kids swearing over their surround sound like me or having everyone on your team participate in conversations going on in your family room- not I!  MS has become a shadow of the innovative company it used to be.  I wish Apple would make a gsme console, for even though it'd cost twice as much, it'd have four times the innovation and come with basic things like wireless headsets or headset adapters for the old wireless headsets(360 wireless headsets).  Xbox you suck.  I guess there will be no team communication for Halo since the design and accessories team is twiddling their thumbs.

All Xbox One consoles come with a mono chat headset. Turtle Beach also has two 100% wireless headsets available for the Xbox One, the Stealth 500x and the Elite 800x, so no controller adapters are needed.

Does Turtle beach offer a mono speaker headset to just hear teammates chat- like a Bluetooth cellphone headset or can use the stereo headset adapter and hook up a 360 wireless headset via a 3.5 mm cable?  I just want a headset to go over one ear and connect to the headset adapter to get chat.  I have a surround system and will not use a pilot style stero headset like turtle beach offers.  So if anyone knows how to hook up a Bluetooth headset with a cable to the stereo headset adapter or a way to make the 360 wireless headset work with the 360 controller via some cable of appreciate it.  I can't hook up anything to the optical output on my console since I hsve hdmi going to my reliever for surround.  I just want chat via some way other than Turtle beach massive headphones when I have better surround sound system snd receiver,
