Error"Access Denied" when trying to access C: Drive

Actual Title: Right Click C: Drive > privaledges tab > highest user catagory/group >deny, deny, deny, etc. Oopps

I turned off user privaledges by ticing all of the "denies" for the highest level group/user, while at the privaledges panel pane of C:. Now C: is flagged with "access denied" when I do Start > Computer. How can I turn the privaledges back on so I can access C: like normal??
