Windows 8 arvato digital services, llc scammed...

I ordered Windows 8 Pro back in Jan. of 2013, I had no issues installing it... the first time anyway.  My HDD then crashed, I bought a new one and installed Windows 7 ONLY so I could use my product key that I bought to upgrade back to Windows 8... Well...  that didn't work so well, every single time I tried to download Windows 8 it gave me the error, "We can't connect right now".  Same error via ethernet cable and at different homes because I wanted to try on their internet, same error.  I looked at my email receipt which is attached to this forum, it says arvato sold it to me.  Now I have realized that myself and a lot of other people have been scammed.  I wasted $42 and I want my Windows 8 back, I don't like Windows 7 because I am missing out on all the good features of Windows 8.  Microsoft, could you please somehow give me my Windows 8 back by download or disc?  I really don't care I just want it back somehow.
