can I have a tile in windows 8 for facebook and twitter? Also, How do I add a device to devices on the right side?

I would like a tile on home screen for Facebook and Twitter (I don't see an APP for either).  Can I do this and if so how?

Issue 1: For the Facebook and Twitter tile issue.

You can get your Facebook and Twitter feeds right on your Start Screen using the People and Photos apps.
These links will help you configure the apps.

Issue 2: To add a device to the devices icon.

You can use this link to add devices to your computer

Once you add a device, under devices on the charms bar you will see what options or devices are available for your use depending on the open app or window.
