How to create Windows 8 bootable flash drive

Original Title: Windows 8 pro recovery...

I have recently upgraded my laptop to windows 8 pro from windows 7.I want to know the recovery option for windows 8 pro and how can i download its genuine copy to my usb ?

I am not satisfied from the link you provided.And what is ISO image i have downloaded windows 7 dvd download tool as per instructions now for above step it says select your ISO image to continue...so what to do next from where can i find my iso image ?
