Hi he,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.
What is the exact problem that you are experiencing?
To wipe your computer clean,
- Software
This is the software part. It is recommended that you return your computer restoring it to its factory settings. To do this, go to Charms bar( by moving the mouse to any right edge of the screen and moving down)->Settings->Change PC Settings->Refresh
and Reset. Reset your computer there. Alternatively, you can reset your computer by pressing Shift+F8 before boot and searching for Reset option. - Hardware
Wipe off any dust/ dirt by using a soft, (preferably) cotton cloth
without using water. To make the process simpler, unplug all the hardware.
