How to Fix Xinput1_3.dll missing?

I'm fed up of this error. Someone told me that it's a DirectX error. So I uninstalled DirectX from my computer and reinstalled it back. It was worthless effort as the error persisted. I also checked if the DirectX version installed on my PC was updated. 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

What you most likely need is the DirectX Runtime June 2010... This is a optional package of DirectX files, one of which happens to be the one you need...

After downloading the full package, double click on it. This will prompt the package to self-extract...

Be sure to take note of where it is saved...

Then open the folder and double click DXSETUP, and you should be good to go...
