Bad Image Error: "MSIMG32.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error". How to fix Flash Player download

Install flash player ax 64 bit.exe - bad image
C:/users/--------/AppData/Local/Temp/MSIMG32.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the orginal installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for suppport.     

 

when i try to download programs these error messages pop up saying there is a bad image. I cannot view any videos on my internet explorer and have no idea how to fix this as when I try to download and update flash player this comes up, along with real player. My malware has not found anything and I am not certain if this is a virus or a technical problem that I have caused. Any help would be great. Thanks. I use windows 7 on a 2010 Dell Inspiron.

Create a new User Account and check if you experience the same issue.
