USB driver software for JVC camcorder and Windows 7
I have recently upgraded to a laptop with Windows 7. The USB driver software for my JVC GR-DX25EK will not work on Windows 7. The laptop recognises my camcorder but I cannot transfer video to my laptop without up-to-date USB driver software. I have
tried the JVC website without success. The software did work on my old PC with Windows XP. Can anyone help?
In this case I would recommend you to contact the JVC support may be this software is tool old to run on Windows 7.
Normally these kind of application does get installed in copatibility modes. You may check with JVC support if using DV cable resolves this issue.
