Error Number: 0x80040702, failed to load DLL: GameuxInstallHelper trying to download I AM ALIVE

i have recently acquired the game I AM ALIVE and have been trying to install it for a while now and do not know what to do next.

i have tried to use registry to download the .dll file but nothing has changed and it has still given me the error over and over again

i also tried to run it as administrator

ive tried changing the compatibility but nothing helps

i would greatly appreciate the help

2. When exactly do you get the error message?

Method 1:

I suggest you to refer the article and try to uninstall the program:

Method 2:

I would suggest you to restart the computer in clean boot mode and check if the issue persists.
