When I try to move files, make a new folder, or move a folder, save a file with a new folder, etc., I get and error message that states "Item not found", with a description of "Could not find this item", "This is no longer located in C:\.....", "Verify the item's location and try again".
At first, I thought that this was happening to just Outlook (see post below), but now I find it seems to be happening whenever I try to move a file, or save a file from any program.
This just started this week after a mass update of windows updates. There are a large number of these, and I do not want to start uninstalling each one until I find the culprit. Does anyone know where this issue could be coming from?

When I try to save an attachment from Outlook (Either save as, or save all attachments), I normally make a new folder to put the files in.
We recently had a series of Windows updates yesterday, and now I get an error message whenever I try to create a folder.
This is how it goes:
In the open e-mail, I right-click on the attachments, and select "save all attachments",
In the explorer window, I navigate to where I want to save the file, and create a new folder,

I type in the name of the folder, and get the following error message:

Title: "Item not found"

Message: "Could not find this item", "This is no longer located in C:\.....", "Verify the item's location and try again"

I click the "Try Again" button and it works.
I can then select the folder and save the file.
I suspect this may be related to the latest slug of updates yesterday, but I have no idea which one.
Any idea what could be causing this?

As a possible place to start looking, the following updates are the only changes made to the computer during the period the error started.
