Hi Praseetha, Thanks for responding to my problem. I did a system restore which seems to solve the issue. I believe I found what was causing it. I have a movie app called cinematek. When I go there to watch a video I have no problems. When I leave
the app and go to watch video at another site I get a green screen and audio works fine then my laptop starts freezing up or runs slow but only when I go to this app. I don't know why and I have contacted the app maker to ask them but received no reply.
Maybe you can shed some light on this. After doing a system restore I went back to the app and it happened again that is how I found out it was the app doing this. Very puzzeling.
